Messages By apecNetworksChina vows to smash Tibetan protests
has a hard sell b/c of the Internet. Those videoes of head bashing would be supported by very few viewers.
on the rioters in Tibet, it was a forgone conclusion that the PRC response would be hard. If Speaker of the House Pelosi feels the situation is bad, she should relax immigration policies for Tibetan refugees to the US. The US is clearly involved w/ the situation when reading news accounts on the riots.
If only countries that meets the approval of certain countries, the Olympics is not a world event, but a regional sports fair. It's being used like political bait. If this pans out after this summer, the Asia-Pacific region should consider a regional sports fair in order to not involve oneself w/ the politics of another region. APEC is modeled on the Olympics to a large degree, and performance is the key factor. I mean, if only US allies can have a successful Olympics, what does that say about the event itself?
The Clinton Administration primed the PRC economy so that an "economic takeoff" could be initiated. The Clinton Adm. was totally focused on Japan and short term political/economic gains, but lacked adequate experience in foreign policy. The PRC will not change it's present policy even if the Olympics is like the 1980 Soviet Union Boyctt. Also, too little, too late to stop the resurgence of the military-industrial complex in the Russian Federation. How do I know this? I warned a top elite team of the problems w/ their policies, but they had orders. Tibet, Olympics will fad very soon, but the present developments under way will grow, and APEC works for all participants, not just the US.
The Bush Administration condones the use of Pentagon/Agency personnel to conduct surveillance in the US, so the US can't complain if the PRC mobilizes Intelligence to take control of the unrest in Tibet. It is b/c of the Olympics that the use of Intelligence fanning out is an opportunity to establish a network in the region for decades to come. Speaking geopolitically and as a pragmatist. Also, I am receiving tipoffs w/ very limited shelf life, so I have to use it.
There is a time for brute strength, and there is a time for finesse. After the areas are stabalized, it is time for finesse. The time to track down and identify the organization and like a weed in farming, pull it out root and branch, not just cutting the top. When I say finesse, examine the movie, "Tomorrow Never Dies", where the meglomaniacs ONLY disclose important info when they feel in control of the situation. Info on the riots is critical if trying to stop future riots. Like in boxing, you go for the head if looking for a TKO.
Are you implying that Tibet is a US supported operation?
Once the military has stabilized the regions, mobilize PRC Intelligence. Create a superficial dossier on the leaders of the destruction, and give it to young trainees. Those that believe they can further penetrate the leadership - assigned to specific locations. Give them the newer, untried technology in progress and give them logistical support and orders to back out if endangered. Senior members will analyze the progress of the trainees and give those w/ exceptional talents a promotion/pay raise, and a choice security detail at the Olympics. If it is a "life or death struggle", here is one way to go after domestic terrorists.
What is being displayed in the link is a display of propaganda.
critique his/her link: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/asia/article3578941.ece As it stands, it is propaganda. An exciting summer is approaching. If that link is propaganda, the G-8 meeting may be more about the 2008 Olympics, rather than climate change. Something is up, b/c I have been informed that it is.
but I would think that if the "only females" sections are being well used, to get at least two sections - one 1/3 down and the other 2/3 down. Been exposed to Japanese females politics w/ males - very sophisticated.
the price of oil is ramping up much faster than anticipated, but it also accelerates viability of creating a prototype "floating bio-platform". At this point in time, small outlay for R&D will pay huge dividends in the near future. It would help to get top specialists helping Saga University develop ongoing programs.
You have a right to your opinion, but the underlying basis of the economy is jello. The economy you are describing is being supported by unprecedented debt - via treasury bonds. As a grocery clerk told some of us, "the US can't borrow itself into prosperity".
Mobilize Intelligence to work in regions exhibiting unrest, absolute covert wiretapping all phones screened via computer programming (codename: Echelon}, extensive use of GPS on known targets, covert wireless transmitters targeting high priority targets. If anyone complains, call them insane. It is pretty sophisticated in the US and, it amazes me.
I'm out of the music scene, but if I worked w/ a top DJ on laptops who won't settle until becoming NUMERO UNO, we could do it. I miss the lifestyle.
about Bilderberg? Oil already hit $105. This might be pretty esoteric info, but the US Agency personnel that I am in contact w/ are desperate recently - has the US hit the credit limit? As we all know, the fall of the Nikkei, and sharp drop in the yen is affected by the economic conditions in the US to a great degree. Bilderberg probably has great influence on the dollar/yen exchange and US Agency personnel has a better view of actual economic conditions in Japan and the US. The economic multilateral forums in the Asia-Pacific - their value is shooting thru the roof!!!!!
"61 police were injured" Don't they have riot gear like plastic shields, hard helmets, water cannons, tear gas, smoke bombs, etc.....? We know the PRC can do the Olympics, b/c they held a successful APEC Forum, but can they parry the numerous attacks forthcoming until the end of the Olympics? Go on "yellow (moderate) alert" until the end of the Olympics and perhaps the injuries and fatalities can be kept to a minimum.
Sharp decline in the US$, collapsing TSE Index, sharp falls in Japanese exports, coordinated hedge funds attack on the Thai Baht, Asian Financial Crisis. It was well executed and found it complete except for one person who stood in the way. Hopefully, history doesn't? repeat itself.
they want a weeeeee bit o' Irish luck in Japan.
The unrest in Tibet is going to put incredible pressure on the PRC b/c it is so damaging in public relations to the Olympics. There are forces that will use it to leverage the PRC to become defensive. It's a good scheme and we can all watch on the internet as it unfolds before our eyes.
if the PRC can hold the 2008 Olympics w/out tremendous pressures from multiple covert forces. This analysis was stated a couple of years ago when former PM Koizumi talked about boycotting the Olympics, and Taiwan/ROC wishing to do something/anything to disrupt the Olympics. As I stated then, I state again, the PRC should just persevere, and try to hold the Olympics in the spirit it originated. Forget trying to keep it non-political, for the number of forces are many.
I can see the edge in the argument b/c I lived it. Local nothing bands in the area had the songs/talent, but not the expertise to be heard by music scouts. I was able to turn a crummy fostex into a full blown studio, and introduced techniques to get the "real studio" sound w/ a mod. The debate is actually about an industry on the cusp of transition, and SOMEONE will establish a new sound/technique w/ the laptop technology which will eventually fad out vinyl as we know it. BTW, the mod on the fostex x15 was to get a clear, full drum sound w/ only 4tracks - you can hear my sound replicated on alot of grunge rock recordings.
The Bush Administration has publicly confessed to torturing three individuals, and publicly advocates the use of torture to get info. Semantics aside, the US based human rights groups don't have a leg to stand on, ZERO credibility. The argument is weak, and the Red Cross should examine all detainees.
The reaction to this movie about Yasukuni and the pronounced reaction to it by several LDP members only reinforce the CORRECT decision made by Gen. MacArthur and GHQ. If Yasukuni and the Imperial System is still important after 60 years, just think how much more it was when Gen. MacArthur arrived in Tokyo. One of the last observers (not of the actual events), but SCAP did it right.
"50 prostitutes who charged fees ranging from $1,000 to more than $5,500 per hour." Those making above 3grand are incredibly fine.
