I would have to agree, they want to conform to everything to find a sort of 'identity' and yet they still have none...(in their eyes at least, which is why they keep on finding more to take from the western influences and further modernize their 'traditions')

Sarge! If you like chicken and don't mind a sorta stamped out disc of what seems to be and taste like white meat, then I recommend them. I happen to really like shaka shaka but not the flavors. Ive also gotten my friends hooked on them, but the GF didn't care too much for em...the new flavors seem appealing though.

Its so true, I see the way my students get in trouble and just know they aren`t getting lollipops at home for forgetting to do their homework...its a shame that Japanese society is so hush hush and `if we lie itll go away/its ok/its true` but thats just the way it goes in some places...

 

I think you missed the point of this article, its the Olympic athletes, and YES China did beg them to go to China, thus the country hosting the games, duh.

As for China in general, its great to see that theyll kiss a$$ for the US athletes and still have crappy sanctions on food processing for the whole of their people and the rest of the world...go politics...
