That was a great interview and I am ery happy that you admitted you were black. Mant forget that even mixed with another race, they are still black. I have admired you since you were a baby and I hope you are helping other singer who are trying to make it in Japan. Love ya
Next time whether good or bad, just take the lost as politicans do not know to stay out of sports
Environment Minister Yuriko Koike, I hope you know words like what you said create hatred. America is not about baseball or any sports call. This was between a manager and the Umpire. Not America. America feels like I do. when you win, you win and whan you lose you lose. two people were involeved not 200 millions which is America.
This is a simple sports thing, and the minster should not make comments such as he did. This was not made by the Entire American Baseball community, but one Coach and he should as Japan should get on his ass about the call and leave America out of such BS, because America is a nation of millions with many agreeing and many disagreeing with call. Leave sports to the people who play and coach!
Are you serious babe hana. That has to be on the line of stupidity and ignorant to even say that what he did was inappropraiate. Japan is hated by many Asian countries and if japan really wants to be in the world of Humanity then it needs to act like it does. Racism in any form is stupid and what the court told Mr Mcgowan was japan can still get away with this kind of nonesense. rememeber when you say something, Think as it will affect those who come after you. You are totally wrong as what you said!!!!
The biggest problem beside being too expensive is that Japan needs some serious image work. The Diaster in Lousiana and now the Phillipines would be great, but look at the small amount of money Japan donated. An excellent start in the United States would be in some Minority magazines like Ebony and essence and Hispanic today would be a great way to advertise and promote the Beauty of japan. Japanese politicans in the past have seriously damaged the friendliness of the Japanese people and many minorities and even whites in the states view japan as a funny country that does not like outsiders. Plus get rid of all those signs that says Japanese only. Not good images for any country.
I can't believe a dumb ass person would say something so stupid. Then again bobby and many Nigerian are made to look like clowns on TV, so maybe they are paying back the system that laughs at their ignorance.
I am a white man and ex navy guy and Mr. West is right on the money. When the Volcanoe destroyed parts of the Phillipines in 1990, I was onboard the USS Midway and we were told that day thatw e would be leaving in twelve hours and whether you had stuff onboard or not, we would be leaving. Where are the Carriers and helo ships??? Norfolk is less than a day away and jacksonville is even closer. People, Bush failed on this one. Yes he failed. the world is looking and saying the mighty US is not as mighty when it comes to it's own. We are fighting terrorism and wars and yet we couldn't even respon better than what was done. Stop lies, whether you are racism or not, Bush failed.Yes he failed.
I was here in the nineties when many Japanese felt there were Japan bashing in the states. With the popularity of such stars as Ichiro and Matsui, Does Japan really want these stars to be treated with hostilities and prejudice when they play in the states. Japan needs to understand that when certain cultures, nationalities, races feel something is prejudices, countries like Japan should respect and understand and not stoop to ignorance. |
