give them prison time, they may have already ruined several lives and would have gladly ruined many more. despicable

 

People that commit extortion and perjury should get prison time and/or fined.

There are lots of FALSE sexual assault claims, but because people making them don't get punished, they think they can get away with saying anything.

It is time to try to make the situation FAIR for both men and women.

 

What's with the Japanese and not being able to keep their hands to themselves?

Ah Tokyo has a groping problem aboard trains, where horny men who just can’t seem to keep their hands to themselves feel they have to rub against some female booty along the ride.

Why can't they they grope their wives or girlfriends at home...doubt it. Come on guys grow up and stop this childish behavoir.

 

Creepy to think that your day could be ruined as quickly as this by two greedy little s#its like the ones in this story. I hope this falsely accused man can find some way to get his life back together, because all it takes is the mere appearance of impropriety to cause one to lose jobs or family.

 

I don't understand why they can release the guy's name and not the female who is a co-conspirator, alleged extortionist, and has blatantly LIED and committed PERJURY.

Why protect her name? Again, this type of double standard allow these women to continue to lie, commit perjury, and even blackmail.

She admitted committing a crime. Her name should not be protected and she should be charged (with her boyfriend).

 

Disgraceful. I have posted before about how this happens all the time, and how dreadful it is. Finally someone gets caught in this horrible little scam that can cost people their families, jobs and even their lives. I hope these two go to prison for a long, long time, but I somehow doubt they will.

.......over the years there have been too many cases of this. Pay the Y50,000 at the train station or get banged up. And yet there have been any number of cases where the guy just would not "confess" that he had been groping and ended up in prison with his reputation smeared forever. This is a scam by scum. Now put them in prison for 23 days until they show remorse. And interrogate them night and day until they confess to how many others they have run this scam on. And then make them pay compo. These people infuriate me.

Yes, groping happens on trains and those that do it deserve to be punished. But this is below the belt (so to speak).

I used to get the last carraige on the Yokosuka line from Yokohama to Shinagawa. Reason being if I timed it right then I could lean against the back wall and I-pod my way through the trip. Then one day this woman, who was overly large by Japanese standards, and that is putting it mildly in her case, starts hanging off the last grip and swinging back and forth and if I had not moved , would have been her arse and my swimming trunk area making connection. And this went on for a week or so. Then one Monday morning as the train arrived I was at the front of the queue and looked behind to see how many others were going to cram on. And there she was staring right at me. After that I moved to a different train enterance and carraige. On reflection, I sometimes wonder if she wanted to create a scene in as "I too have been groped - just like you pretty girls". Harsh maybe on my part but I advoided her after that.

Advice to men - packed train, both hands on the ape hangers.

 

hahaha maybe she just wanted to seduce you. She might not be like the two jerks in this story.

 

..to think that this sort of thing is going on. And the cops only dropped the case after she confessed. What if she hadn`t`?
